Orders are normally produced and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery to customer generally takes another 1-4 working days. In the event of unusually high demand (during holidays, such as Black Friday, Christmas and New Year’s), delays with the shipping company, for deliveries in rural areas where mail is not delivered daily, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
What is the shipping cost?
We charge £5.90* shipping cost per order. The shipping cost refers to the cost of transport and packaging. We ship your order packed in high quality cartons to ensure your products are well protected during transit. * If your order contains a picture frame, £7.90 will be charged.
Delivery to businesses: £12.90 per order delivery by FedEx.
What happens if I don't pick up my parcel from the pickup point?
If your order is returned to us because you did not pick up your package, we charge £19.90. This is to cover handling costs and double freight (round trip). After you have received notification by email that your return has reached us, there is a 14 day waiting period before the order is credited. Any excess amount will be refunded according to the rules on right of withdrawal/return.
How do I track my order?
You will automatically receive an email with a tracking number and link when your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work, please contact customer service (please note that it is not possible to track the shipment until the shipping company has made its first scan, which usually happens around 6pm on the day your order is shipped from us).
I don’t have the text message notification from the shipping company. What should I do?
This may be because you entered an incorrect phone number when ordering. Please contact customer service if you have not received a text message notification within 6 days of ordering.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order at any time before production has started. However, you cannot cancel a purchase after your goods have been produced in the case of unique products with your specific design, such as Birthday Plaques or Poster Cards. However, if you have bought a gallery poster or a picture frame, for example, you have a full 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Sales Act.
Can I make changes to an order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change products in a completed order. If the order has not yet been produced, it is possible to cancel it and place a new order. Please contact customer service and we will help you.
How do discount codes work?
A discount code is indicated at checkout. Valid discount codes specify valid discounts at checkout when activated. The discount rate for which the discount code is eligible is always calculated and deducted from the regular price. A discount code cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.
I can’t find my order confirmation. What should I do?
We always send out an order confirmation by email immediately after the order is placed. If you have not received an order confirmation within a few minutes, this may be because you entered the wrong email address when ordering or because the order confirmation has ended up in your spam folder. Please contact customer service if you have not received your order confirmation and cannot find it in your spam folder. We will then check that your order is correct and send you a new order confirmation.
Returns and Complaints
How much is the return shipping cost?
Return shipping will be charged £7.90 *. The amount for return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded for your order. The return cost refers to the cost of shipping, handling and any damage to packaging.
* Applies to orders with an order value of up to £200. For orders with an order value of more than £200, the costs calculated by the shipping company for the return will be charged.
My package has been damaged during shipping. What should I do?
If a transport damage has occurred and your parcel is damaged on delivery, you should complain directly to the carrier. Do not accept a parcel or sign a delivery note until you have checked that the parcel is intact.
If you have failed to make a complaint on delivery, contact the carrier's customer service. The company that delivered the parcel is indicated on the delivery note. Once a complaint has been made to the carrier, contact our customer service.
A product is damaged. What should I do?
Any damage must be documented. Take a picture of the damage and fill in our claim form. We will deal with your case as soon as we can, normally within 24 hours.
How do I return a product?
If you wish to return an item, please fill in our returns form, which you can find here. We will then send you a return slip. You, the customer, will pay any return postage fees unless otherwise stated.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not handle exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, use your right of withdrawal and send your product back as a return. We will then refund your money and you can place a new order.
What right of return do I have?
You can return goods within 14 days of receiving your order. The goods must be unused and in unbroken original packaging. For frames, this includes the plastic seal around the frame as well as the protective plastic on both sides of the plexiglass.
Gift cards
For how long is my gift card valid?
All gift cards are valid for 12 months, starting at the date of order.
How do I check the current balance of my gift card?
Go to the "Gift Cards" page which you can find via the menu or in the footer. Enter your gift card ID to see the current balance.

What kind of paper do you use?
We print our posters on 200g matte paper of the highest quality from the French paper mill Clairefontaine. The paper is environmentally certified FSC and the production is labelled Nordic Swan/EU Ecolabel.
What is the quality of your frames?
Our frames are made of wood, which is a sustainable, environmentally friendly and recyclable material. Our oak frames are made of high quality solid oak and the other wooden frames are made of pine. Our pine wooden frames have a painted surface with double layers of varnish, which gives a particularly smooth and beautiful finish. All our picture frames have a crystal clear extra thick plexiglass and twist clips for easy mounting. All frames can be hung in both portrait and landscape mode.
Poster design or Full cover print - What does it mean?
When you order posters from Gallerix, you can often choose whether you want your motif with Poster Design or Full cover print. Poster design means that we print your poster with a white frame around the motif to enhance the exclusive look.
Poster design (size of white frame):
21x30cm: 2 cm wide white frame
30x40cm: 2.3 cm wide white frame
50x70cm: 4 cm wide white frame
70x100cm: 6 cm wide white frame
Full cover print:
The motif is printed all the way to the edge of your poster.
