All standard orders must be placed through the website. When an order is placed by using a business account, the registered company is to be seen as contracted legal party.
Price and payment
All prices on this website is current prices. VAT and shipping cost is specified on your order confirmation.
Safe payment options
It is 100 percent safe to shop at Gallerix. All of our payment options are certified and delivered to us by independent suppliers of payment solutions for the Internet.
For late payment of invoices, please read terms & conditions from the current creditor.
Digital files must be created and sent according to our guidelines. If our guidelines are not followed Gallerix can not be hold responsible for printing results. Gallerix claims the right to use customer digital files as references if customer has not expressed otherwise.
Colour variations may occur due to screen calibration.
Delivery & shipping
Delivery Date is the day when your ordered products are delivered. The risk of the product is released to the customer upon receipt. In cases where the customer chooses not to redeem the ordered product customer will be charged for the corresponding freight plus management fee, a total of £9. If a products is damaged in shipment, please send us a report by email as soon as possible.
Delivery time is counted from the date an order is placed. Delivery time is thus the time between order and that you as customer get your goods. Please note that if your ordered products is to be printed with your own digital original, this requires that you send us complete files. Otherwise delivery time can be adjusted with the corresponding time it takes to get approval from you of updated files. Delivery/Lead time is counted to UK mainland only and shipment to other regions such as Northern Ireland or Isle of Man will take longer time. We do not ship to Jersey or Guernsey.
If customer payment is delayed by more then 30 days, Gallerix has the right to cancel any contract.
Right of withdrawal
If you buy a poster with an image/design from out gallery you can cancel the order within 14 days and get a full refund. You can also cancel any order including any product within 14 days as long as it hasn't been printed yet. If you upload an image of your own, you can´t cancel an order once it´s been printed and sent out due to the uniqe design.
Images and colour print
Customer is responsible in terms of copyrights for all images submitted. We reserve the right to withhold photos of us considered to be immoral. The colours may differ between different screens and the printed result, depending on the calibration of your screen. Gallerix does not take responsibility for the varying results between the screen and the actual print.
Warranty & reclaim
Our products come with the guarantees that manufacturers or suppliers offer us. Customer can not invoke any additional product warranty.
You always have the right to unpack the goods and check the function and finish.
If a defect of a product is detected and you want to send a return, the defect must be reported within 14 days. For defects occurred after delivery, Gallerix can not be held responsible. Reports of defects must be sent by email to:
A written complaint should contain the customer number, order number and reason for complaint, and if product damage is found, documentation of these injuries.
If approved by Gallerix, return of reported defected product will be paid by Gallerix.
Fill in the form on the website. We will then send you a return lable. You pay for any return unless other agreed.
Damaged goods during shipping
If a product is damaged or lost during transport from Gallerix to customer, the courier/shipping company will be responsible. If a product is damaged or lost during transport when customer on its own initiative returns the goods, customer is responsible. Gallerix recommend all customers to send returns in its original packaging or equivalent packaging. Returns should be sent traceable.
If you discover that a shipment is visibly damaged during transport this should be reported immediately to the company used for transportation. If you find damaged content when unpacking, please send a report as soon as possible to [email protected].
You as a consumer / buyer pays any return costs in cases where you as a consumer use any withdrawal.
Liability for errors
Gallerix will take full responsibility for conditions below. Gallerix will take full responsibility for any product defects that differ from product specification.
Gallerix has no responsibility for product defects with no or little importance for the intended use of the product.
Gallerix has no responsibility for:
1. product defects caused by customer usage with other equipment in a way that affects the products functions;
2. product defects caused by changes or interventions not done in accordance with Gallerix instructions;
3. product defects caused by customer usage in other ways than according to Gallerix instructions or users manual;
Limits of liability (towards companies)
If Gallerix should be responsible for replacement of products or repayments due to damaged products or late shipment, the responsibility is limited to order value/purchase cost.
Gallerix is only responsible for direct losses. Gallerix has no responsibility for indirect losses such as business losses.
Gallerix should not be held to any responsibility due to late delivery, or should not be responsible for not delivering in such case as: labour dispute, fire, war, riot, transportation barriers, shortages or lack of fuel.
Arbitration or dispute
Gallerix will follow European and International standards in any dispute.
All images on our sites should be considered as illustrations, and we can not guarantee that the image renders exactly as the actual product.
