    Who was Watanabe Seitei?

    Watanabe Seitei, or Shōtei, (1851–1918) was a Japanese artist and a pioneer of Nihonga, a term used to describe Japanese paintings produced in accordance with traditional techniques, styles and motifs. Seiteis is above all known for his depictions of birds and flowers.

    Product description

    Stylized clouds in white and green float against a pink sky where black birds in silhouette soar freely. Watanabe Seitei's motif is characterized by clear lines and soft color transitions, which gives the poster a calm and elegant feel. Fits well in rooms where Japanese aesthetics and subtle color schemes are appreciated.

    We print our posters on a 200 gram semi-matte paper of the highest quality from the French manufacturer Clairefontaine. The paper is certified with FSC and our production is certified with Ecolable to ensure a sustainable production.
