    Who was Hilma af Klint?

    Hilma af Klint was a Swedish painter born October 26, 1862 at Karlberg Castle in Solna, Stockholm. She is regarded as a pioneer in abstract painting and is today celebrated worldwide. Her paintings are not only aesthetic works of art, but filled with symbols that can be deciphered. The works can thus be "read" as hidden messages.

    Product description

    The Dove was painted by the Swedish artist Hilma af Klint in 1915. A centrally placed circular motif with soft color fields in blue, yellow and pink and a heart-shaped element in the middle. A spiral line runs vertically through the motif and unites the upper light and lower darker area with triangular fields in the colors of the rainbow.

    We print our posters on a 200 gram semi-matte paper of the highest quality from the French manufacturer Clairefontaine. The paper is certified with FSC and our production is certified with Ecolable to ensure a sustainable production.

    Picture frame not included. Frames are sold separately.
