    Who was Ogawa Kazumasa?

    Ogawa Kazumasa , also known as Ogawa Isshin (1860–1929), was a pioneer of Japanese photography. He is well known for his detailed and artistic photographs of Japan's traditional and natural beauty, including its architecture, landscape and flora.

    Product description

    Stems of iris with pale purple, detailed petals and lush green leaves dominate the motif. Against a warm brown, simple background, the flowers' subtle veining and elegant shapes are highlighted. Kazumasa Ogawa's classic photograph from 1896 gives this poster a timeless feel that complements both modern and traditional spaces.

    We print our posters on a 200 gram semi-matte paper of the highest quality from the French manufacturer Clairefontaine. The paper is certified with FSC and our production is certified with Ecolable to ensure a sustainable production.
