    Who was William Morris?

    William Morris , born March 24, 1834 in Walthamstow near London, died October 3, 1896 in Hammersmith in London, was a British artist, designer and writer. Morris was one of the leading figures in the British Arts and Crafts movement. He is best known as a designer of wallpaper and patterned fabrics,

    Product description

    Large, stylized chrysanthemums in soft yellow-beige tones meander across a background of dense foliage in olive green. The pattern is symmetrical and rich in detail, typical of the Arts and Crafts movement. Created by British designer and artist William Morris, one of the most influential figures in decorative arts and a pioneer of the Arts & Crafts movement, this poster brings a timeless feel to a living room or hallway.
