    Who was Pablo Picasso?

    Pablo Picasso , born October 25, 1881 in Málaga, Spain, died April 8, 1973 in Provence, France, is one of the world's most famous artists. He was colossally prolific and left behind at his death more than 13,000 canvases, 100,000 lithographs, 34,000 illustrations and 300 sculptures. He is considered, together with Georges Braque, to be the originator of Cubism. In May 2015, Picasso's painting "The Women of Algiers" was sold at an auction for just over 179 million dollars.

    Product description

    A thin black line forms a cat in a stretching position against a light beige background. The minimalist drawing is typical of the style of Spanish artist Pablo Picasso, with the cat's body drawn in a single sweeping movement. Text and signature complement the motif and give the poster an art historical character that is suitable for both home and office. Picasso is one of the most influential artists of the 20th century and is considered one of the founders of Cubism.
