    Who was AnneLouis Girodet Trioson?

    Anne-Louis Girodet-Trioson (1767–1824) was a French artist known for his romantic and dramatic paintings, often with mythological or exotic motifs. He was a student of David but developed his own style with a feeling for light and details. Girodet was a pioneer of romanticism and influenced future generations of artists.
